I noticed an other minor problem: when connecting to an HMC via windows and then using the HMC-terminal to go to the console of your Debian lpar, the installer screens get corrupt. E.g. as if some characters are too wide. Especially the ones drawing borders. When you surf to your HMC (I'm using the lates (web-based-) HMC version) from Linux, things look fine.
