Please give more info about this.  Console-setup can load large fonts 
with 512 glyphs and it is also possible to load a non-standard font in 
/etc/default/console-setup:

FONT=/usr/local/share/funnyfonts/sarge16.psf
ACM=/usr/local/share/consoletrans/my_special_encoding.acm

Do you mean that in order to support blind people console-setup has to 
be able to load simultaneously two different fonts?  If so, I will need 
more information in order to make the necessary changes.
