Please close Debian bug#594352, I found the issue -- it is related / located in the geshi section for PHP :( See /usr/share/php-geshi/geshi/html4strict.php
Too bad developers have to provide crappy hints instead of just doing what I say :( I can take a hint and stop using such tools.
