Comments/Problems:
New pc; installed windows 7, then tried to install Debian,
but I can't neither format the partitions nor configure LVM.
When I try to setup LVM I get this error:
Can't open /dev/sda3 exclusively. Mounted filesystem?
The filesystem however is not mounted.
If I try to put on the partition a filesystem, no matter what
I choose, I alwais end up with the following error:
/dev/sda3 is apparently in use by the system; will not make a
filesystem here.
