IMHO, some of these are dead: hu, nn, tl Some will probably need a new person to jump in: nl (I guess the last work made on it was by Frans), fi, zh_TW The remaining (ca, pt_BR, ko) will need great motivation from the existing translator. Among those, I suspect that some have very low stats, is that true?
