Hello, The patch is mergeable at the moment, I've pushed the changes to people/sorina/write_config branch [1], I didn't modify the feature/write_config, maybe I should have.
In order to build the package, I disabled the nc_v6_interface_configured, which failed for some reason (this also happened for the master branch, so I don't think I broke anything on that part :) ). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to test, since for some other reason building the image failed (unable to locate some packages, make[2]: *** [stamps/get_udebs-netboot-stamp] Error 100). I did test if the config file is generated correctly outside netcfg and everything looks in order. Also, it does not yet support ipv6, I'll have to see how Network Manager does that, but I think it's doable.
