Package: debian-installer Version: (20150422) Jessie installer (in debian-8.0.0-amd64-netinst.iso) fails on Acer C720. After selecting Install, screen goes blank and Jessie installer gets restarted by Seabios. This has been reported by another user on this thread:
https://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2015/01/msg00300.html but no reason or fix has been given. As workaround, I have had to use Wheezy installer and then upgrade to Jessie.
