Bug#843130: debian-installer-launcher: Installer launcher doesn't load apt-cdrom-setup, causes offline GRUB install problem.

When the installer is launched without a terminal, previous patch may not
solve the problem due to environment which installer runs in. Attached
patch enables terminal in .desktop file.
