Actually, either the alphabetical order is correct according to Bengali collation rules and you and other Bengali speakers are the only ones who can tell....or it is wrong and the collation order should be fixed. In short, what is the "normal" alphabetical order between Bengladesh and India when written in Bengali? If the locale needs fixing, LC_COLLATE is what should be fixed. This is one of the most complicated sections, imho, in locale files.
