And apologies to Yuri as I CC'ed -l10n-russian about this which
apparently rang some bells.
Unfortunately, because we didn't switch Russian to UTF-8 (mostly
because lack of feedback about it being OK or not), this will make
Russian installs apparently broken with beta2.
A workaround will be to install in UTF-8 ("linux
debian-installer/locale=ru_RU.UTF-8" should do it)
