Hi, I want to say thanks to the developers for the rescue mode of the installer. I was able to get access to a couple of disks that used lvm for all partitions. Unfortunately the user didn't have backups, but I was able to get at everything I needed to restore his system. Never having rescued a system before, I wasn't sure how I would do it, but the installer prompted me for everything I needed.
