Most likely this means that the initrd was unable to mount your root partition. Which is probably caused by the first erratum listed in [1], which is also valid for the daily builds. Please check in which order your harddisks are being loaded (you should be able to see this in the console messages) and if the one that has the root partition corresponds to the one in the grub command line (which you can see by pressing "e" (for edit) when the grub boot menu is shown.
