My question is ( my worries are) : What to do next? Where I in the subject line asked for a technical workaround, is my need more a social need. I know that I should care about my own bussness, but I have trouble with focussing on that now there is a gap in the d-i team. (Filling the gap with Sven with his current state of mind will time-bomb the project.[1]) So could a d-i member say or confirm something like "it is free software, the good code will survive" or "the short term problems are acceptable, we have time to find a solution" (Consider that mangement speak to calm down the disturbance on the workfloor.) So when we are back to work and there is actual source code at http://alioth.debian.org/projects/freedi/ how will we be interacting with the "Free d-i project"?
