Package: debian-installer
Severity: normal
due to variable-width font used in the graphical-installer, disk
partition is somewhat hard to use because of the strange and
disorienting formatting.
my suggestion is simply to use a fixed-width font for the disk
partitioner (or perhaps replace the text partitioner with gparted).
thank you for your consideration.

This formatting issue for partman has already been recorded in the
cdebconf-gtk-udeb package. Hence closing this bug report.
