Bug#383912: Mount option noexec ignored in the partition manager

During netinstall (stable,i386), when I choose the mount option "noexec" for 
/tmp in the partition manager, it is ignored:

server:/tmp# cat /etc/fstab | grep /tmp
/dev/hda8    /tmp    ext3    defaults    0    2
