My goal is to run NetBSD without having to suffer pkgsrc. I'm agnostic about file utils and that sort of thing. But apt-get and friends are good stuff. Thats what I want. Now, there might be good arguments for why I don't really need the NetBSD kernel and Linux is good enough. But thats a different flamewar, and really, if you want to have it, you might as well unsub. tibbetts
