I just put my chroot into a tar. You'll need a working FreeBSD 4.x system to check it out. I'm using FreeBSD 4.3, so that's most likely to work.
Go to ftp://skaro.quic.net/pub. You'll see world.tar.bz2, which is the chroot, and a debs directory.
