I've just unpacked the tarball, then ran dpkg -i on all the netbsd-i386 deb files in the archive (a bit heavy handed, but...) - a number of these packages didn't install. (I'd look at the problems now, but I'm going to get some sleep, instead :-).)
I've put a copy of the output of dpkg up at http://www.ysolde.ucam.org/~jdamery/dpkg-output Errors were encountered while processing: ./sid/main/binary-netbsd-i386/base/fileutils_4.1-9_netbsd-i386.deb ./sid/main/binary-netbsd-i386/devel/libpng2-dev_1.0.12-3_netbsd-i386.deb ./sid/main/binary-netbsd-i386/non-US/gnupg_1.0.6-2_netbsd-i386.deb ./unstable/main/binary-netbsd-i386/base/fileutils_4.1-9_netbsd-i386.deb ./unstable/main/binary-netbsd-i386/devel/libpng2-dev_1.0.12-3_netbsd-i386.deb ./unstable/main/binary-netbsd-i386/non-US/gnupg_1.0.6-2_netbsd-i386.deb groff-x11 groff cvs expect-dev g++ g77 gcc gcj gij gobjc libkpathsea-dev libtool libwmf-dev tk8.3-dev libwmf-bin netpbm cpp expect expectk libhtml-parser-perl libxml-parser-perl libpaperg libwmf0.2-2 tk8.3 mailx tetex-bin docbook-to-man linuxdoc-tools freetype2-demos build-essential chill gpc libltdl3-dev libpaperg-dev Jonathan. -- Jonathan Amery.
