You can find the source package at:
http://people.debian.org/~utsl/freebsd-i386/native/

It is essentially freebsd CVS sources done as a multi-binary package. The utilities are mostly like mount and fsck, things that have to be substituted for regular Debian ones.

netbsd and openbsd ports seem to be following a different strategy with this.
