package filter affects GNU/kFreeBSD

Hi,

It seems popcon filters submitted packages to only list those that are present
in the official archive.

On GNU/kFreeBSD, significant packages (like the kernel), are excluded by this
filter because they're not in the official archive.  For example:

  
http://pdo.debian.net/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?exact=0&searchon=names&suite=all&case=insensitive&section=all&keywords=kfreebsd-image&arch=any

Would you please consider either:

  - Check http://kfreebsd-gnu.debian.net/debian as well as the official archive
  when appliing the filter.

  - Disable the filter (I don't think it's very useful anyway).
