I'm not sure why I wrote that "DO NOT SEND YET" warning, but upstream-only/gcc.diff looks fine to me. Perhaps it was waiting for consensus on the ld.so paths. My commit-after-approval status is only useful once someone with authority replies in gcc-patches saying they approve it (they tend to do this rather than commit themselves).
