'k, someone needs to explain this whole apt-get thing to me, cause I'm confused
Now, I'm trying to download postgresql-8.2 ... the only thing listed as
"stable" is 7.4?? That is, like, such ancient technology that I wouldn't
inflict it on anyone :(
8.1 is listed as either 'testing' or 'unstable' ... so, like, how does
something get listed as "stable"?
For general Debian, see
http://www.debian.org/releases/
http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/ch-resources.en.html#s-archive
http://www.debian.org/doc/FAQ/ch-ftparchives
GNU/kFreeBSD is slightly specific, as it does not yet
have neither testing, neither stable.
But it have "unreleased", which can be viewed as add on for unstable.
