Could you also try to boot without acpi ?
yes, the kernel panic disapear if i remove the line concerning acpi
module in grub.
Does 7.2-4 boot for you ? The most important difference would
be different compiler used to compile them.
It works fine with 7.2-4
Please, could you try this:
have all but acpi.ko from 7.2-5 and overwrite acpi.ko by version from 7.2-4
and try to boot with acpi, of course.
