As we see it's there.. So does the RPATH not work? (There was a bug here in the first days when openoffice.org at that time was done for kfreebsd, libc was fixed by then)
It is specific to bind mounts. It have been broken due to fix for #630695, it will be fixed again in eglibc 2.13-17 upload. Thanks for noticing us.
