Hi, Same here on kfreebsd-i386 8.3~svn230343-1; ktrace is attached. The problem is that my VM has no dev.cpu OID, so this fails:
> if (sysctlnametomib("dev.cpu.0.freq", freq_mib, &len))
> err(1, "lookup freq");
like so:
# powerd
powerd: lookup freq: No such file or directory
I guess powerd is just not functional for my situation, but the error
message is unclear.
