* Fix getopt declaration.
* Add MK_CTF build option.
* nostrip.diff: By default, install without -s. Let dh_strip, etc
handle stripping (and honor DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip, etc).
* Remove compatibility hacks (now provided by freebsd-glue).
