At one point in the past, -glue & buildutils gained circular build-dependency.
To build -glue, one needs buildutils, to build buildutils one needs -glue.

This is okish on most architectures as they had previous binaries
build. For newly bootstrapped architectures, both packages are stuck
in dep wait state.

How does one bootstrap -glue & buildutils from scratch?
(cross-compile? do staged/minimal builds? bootstrap from pre-circular
build-depends versions?)

Current bootstrap lock:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/freebsd-glue/0.2.3/+build/5286436
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/freebsd-buildutils/9.0-11ubuntu1/+build/5120756

Regards,

Dmitrijs.
