At one point in the past, -glue & buildutils gained circular build-dependency. To build -glue, one needs buildutils, to build buildutils one needs -glue.
This is okish on most architectures as they had previous binaries build. For newly bootstrapped architectures, both packages are stuck in dep wait state. How does one bootstrap -glue & buildutils from scratch? (cross-compile? do staged/minimal builds? bootstrap from pre-circular build-depends versions?)
