mutter currently requires libgbm, which is only available on Linux. I'm requesting the removal of the ood binaries from !linux architectures, until that dependency can be made optional and mutter can build there again. Since the only rdep of mutter is gnome-shell, which is only built on linux these days, this shouldn't be a problem. See #763675 for the porters' comments on the matter.
