In freebsd-utils SVN I've added this to /etc/sysctl.conf I know the default could be changed in our kernel images, but we might be running on an upstream kernel (via freebsd-downloader); adding it here makes it explicit that we've diverged from the upstream default, and is easy for the user to change.
