Subject: mc should prevent from opening mc in its shell

Package: mc
Version: 4.5.55-1.2
Severity: normal
Hi,
one can make the mc gui go away with Ctrl-O and then having the shell fully
visible. This is great. But one might forget that mc is still active this
way and might start a second mc. But now both get confused when pressing
Ctrl-O again. This is really bad behaviour and should get fixed.
