I've recently changed to using Maildir instead of mbox. Although Maildir is
supported, the incoming mail appears in a folder under the account name. The
folder is named '.', which is not very helpful. I expected my mail to be
seen in the normal 'Inbox', but it does not show up there. This is confusing
as 'Inbox' is supposed to be the folder where new mail appears.
