Package: xstroke
Version: 0.5.12-ma5-2.2
Severity: minor
Launching xstroke (with its logdir group-writable to "staff" as a
workaround) I get no segfault, no window, no nothing. Strace
settles down to a steady stream of
nanosleep({0, 100000}, NULL) = 0
ioctl(3, FIONREAD, [0]) = 0
nanosleep({0, 100000}, NULL) = 0
ioctl(3, FIONREAD, [0]) = 0
nanosleep({0, 100000}, NULL) = 0
ioctl(3, FIONREAD, [0]) = 0
Should I be running a GNOME desktop, or gpm or something?
Going by the letter of the law this bug is "important" or worse, but
I'm calling it "minor" on the suspicion that the fix will turn out
to be "wait for the new libraries to reach Testing"... besides,
maybe it works for all the real stylus-owners.
