There seems to have been a lot of changes recently in smbprint, and it
brokes again...

First of all, there is a problem with positionnal parameters
extractions. I don't know why, but this time the number seems to have
exploded. Patch included.

Second, I can't get to have a Postscript file printed. Here is an excerpt of
status.pr:

I get for a short time in the spool dir a file with seems to have
originated from ghostscript, with some error messages. Although the printers
accept PostScript, the input files seems interpreted ?

Here is the printcap entry:

The lprngtool package has been removed from Debian because it is
"orphaned, buggy, nearly dead upstream". See #244768 for more
information.
