The Catalan translation of the debconf templates for mysql-dfsg-4.1 should
ne named "ca.po" and not "ca_ES.po" as there is no point at limiting its use
to users of this locale, indeed.

Translations should never use the country part of locales with very few
exceptions currently accepted:

zh_CN vs. zh_TW for "Simplified Chinese" vs "Traditional Chinese"
pt_BR vs pt for Brazilian Portuguese vs Portuguese
pa_IN for Punjabi as written in India
