Hi!

heartbeat currently build-depends on raidtools2; however, it builds
fine without it without any apparent differences. Please remove it.

Thanks,

Martin

I am closing this as I haven't heard back from you
and I am quite confident that the build-dependancy for
raidtools2 is neccessary.
