In normal editors like vim, emacs etc., one can do
vim filename.txt
and vim will open filename.txt . However,
nvu filename.html
is not opening filename.html . It would be very nice if there is a way to
specify the file directly from the command line instead of going through the
File -> Open File (or ctrl-o) dialog.
