The Debian build of azureus seems to be missing some of the
features of the official build. While I have not yet taken the
time to find all of the missing features, I can confirm that
the Console UI option is missing from the Debian package. The
entire portion of the jar tree for the console UI is missing.

Particularly in a Debian package, where so many of our users
are very comfortable with the command line, and prefer to do
many things without a GUI, this seems like a rather major
oversight.
