d-mirrors-announce is an announcement list, and should be low traffic.
Right now the most regular posters are spammers.
I think the list should be set to gpg-moderation, just like d-d-a.

that should be done by know. The same keyring as for d-d-a is used. I
hope i did not broke the setup.
