Uuuh, my first bug-report and it's christmas, i'm feeling some kind of
devirginized :-) Ok, i hope i didn't make anything wrong (correct package,
bug already reported). When i'm starting gnome, the gnome spalsh screen
appears correctly, but it has loaded all the things. it only disappears,
when i click on it. Hmmm, yes, that was it :-)

I'm using Debian Sarge, installed and upgraded on December 24th with a
2.6.8.1 Debian stock kernel. libc6 is 2.3.2, Gnome is 2.8.1.

Greetings and merry Christmas from Switzerland

Marcel

Hi,

I'm closing this bug because of the lack of an answer from the
submitter. I also believe similar bugs are all closed by the GNOME
desktop currently sitting in testing/unstable.

If you still notice this behaviour with the latest GNOME packages,
please don't hesitate to reopen the bug so that it can be dealt with
appropriately.

Regards,
