While attempting to build on i386 using a debianized 2.6.17.8 vanilla tree,
I got the following:

as zd1211 builds fine on 2.6.18 i386 for me, I assume your problem was fixed
since you reported it. Otherwise, feel free to reopen indicating a newer
version affected.
