Hello,
Please find attached an updated French translation to the debconf
templates proofread by the French translation team. This fixes a lot
of small mistakes as well as one more important (which is also in
every other translated templates): the reference and URL for the CERT
advisory are not valid, it should be:
CERT CA-1996-01 (http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-1996-01.html)
Greetings,
Fred
-- System Information:
Debian Release: 3.1
APT prefers unstable
APT policy: (500, 'unstable')
Architecture: i386 (i686)
Kernel: Linux 2.6.9
Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15)
Template: netkit-inetd/inetd-dos-services
Type: boolean
Default: true
Description: Disable chargen, echo, daytime/udp, time/udp services?
The `chargen', `echo', `daytime/udp' and/or `time/udp' internal services
can be used for denial-of-service attacks and should therefore be
disabled. For further information please check the CERT advisory CA-1996-01
(http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-1996-01.html).
.
You should also check your /etc/inetd.conf and disable all unused
services (especially UDP services).
Description-fr: Désactiver les services chargen, echo, daytime/udp et time/udp ?
CERT CA-1996-01 (http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-1996-01.html).
.
Vous devriez aussi vérifier que votre /etc/inetd.conf ne contient pas
de service inutile (tout particulièrement UDP).

netkit-base was removed from unstable (see #383960). I'm therefore
closing the old l10n bugs.
