One sees
       -t <timeout>
Set the timeout for the expected string to be received.

but only if we read way far down do we find out that it can also be
set with TIMEOUT:

TIMEOUT
The initial timeout value is 45 seconds. This may be changed using the
       -t parameter.

The latter mentions the former, but the former neglects to mention the latter.

Also, TIMEOUT here only mentions the case
"timeout value for the next expect string"
and not the more general
TIMEOUT 120
infact.
Also mention what TIMEOUT 0 should do, and/or how to disable TIMEOUTs.
