After deleting all sidebar tabs, I can't use sidebars anymore.
To reproduce this bug, create a new profile; open sidebar (F9); click in "Tabs
-> Customize sidebar"; delete all default tabs; confirm; click in "Tabs ->
Customize sidebar"; try to add a new tab.
