Hi,

For some reason, in /whois output on freenode, I get:

23:37 -!- server : vinge.freenode.net [Bremen, DE, EU]
23:37 -!- : is an identified user

Where "is an identified user" is printed entirely in bold.

In the same command on OFTC, I get:

23:38 -!- server : keid.oftc.net [Zagreb, Croatia]
23:38 -!- : has registered this nick

But the second line isn't bold.

I prefer if it wasn't in bold, it makes no sense to emphasize this
supplementary piece of information.

Please fix this. TIA.
