Package: fvwm95
Version: 2.0.43ba-23
Severity: grave
From /usr/share/doc/fvwm95/changelog.Debian.gz:
fvwm95 (2.0.43ba-23) unstable; urgency=low
* [...]
* Rebuild against libreadline5 (closes: Bug#326361)
It seems that you did not actually do this, since on i386 fvwm95 still
depends on libreadline4, which has been removed from sid. Thus, your
package is currently not installable.
While you're at it, you also should remove the Remommends: of xcontrib
in debian/control, since that package is gone for several years now.

fvwm95 has been removed from Debian unstable/tesing because it's
unmaintained and abandoned upstream. Please move to fvwm2. If your
bug also shows up in fvwm2 please file a new bug report or let me
know.
