I checked the <Preferences> -> [General] -> Limit download speed to
[1024]kb like just another p2p downloaders.
but When I open the dialog (to confirm again) it showed me very very
very long float number (as following) :
after the ".", zero appended so much (I can't count it)
(of course, the prefix number (before the point, ".") can be controled
with PGUP, PGDN keys but the zeroes after "." are not!!
that make dialog too long (can't click on [OK],[Cancel] buttons
and move itself(by acrossing my screen in horizontal way) :-(
if you maintainer want, I can send the captured image.

After testing this on amd64, I wasn't able to reproduce this bug,
therefore, as I have no answer from you, I close the bug. Feel free to
open it again if you can provide further informations...
