I'm using KDE 2.2 with the KDE panel horizontally at the top of my
screen.
When Mozilla opens a window, it aligns it with the absolute top of the
screen. This hides the drag bar of Mozilla windows underneath the KDE
panel. I have to move the Mozilla window down so that I can see the
Mozilla window's drag bar.
Would be better if the Mozilla window opened with the top of its drag
bar positioned below the KDE panel so that I can manipulate the
Mozilla windows more easily.

Please test it with current version in testing/unstable and reopen if
