When viewing
http://www.sonicated.com/cgi-bin/safeperl/index.pl?section=homepage the
page is rendered correctly. However if you reload the page by pressing
reload it is rendered incorrectly. A gap appears between the tab table
and the main body.
Pressing shift-reload renders the page correctly.
