Hi,

kaffeine stops playback when the virtual desktop kaffeine runs in is
left. This might be undesireable. For example, when I think of
something during DVD watching and I know the show I'm watching, I
would like to switch away from the show while having it continue to
run (audio only) to to the thing I have been thinking off.

Please make it configurable whether to stop playback when kaffeine's
virtual desktop is left.
