Package: vim
Version: 6.1.048-1

When I enter insert mode on my terminal (vt100), the text of the file is
lowered by one line, so that a blank line is inserted into the text at
the row of the cursor. After the line is inserted everything continues
normally. This happens every time insert mode in entered.
